What are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Spanish Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in Spanish-speaking and other EMEA markets. This role is crucial in our growth strategy, as you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your goal will be to engage prospects, understand their needs, and work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Job Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads as well as outbound to target accounts to identify potential sales opportunities in Spanish-speaking & other EMEA regions.
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels, including email, phone, social media, and events.
  • Multi-thread leads in order to set appointments with our key ICPs for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Tinybird’s products and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to help improve our outreach strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets & KPIs for qualified leads
  • Travel to events and company offsites will be required

Experience and Skills

  • Native or C2+ fluency proficiency in Spanish and English. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication, research and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and concepts.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Zoominfo/Lusha, etc) 
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A bit more about the hiring process

Selected candidates will progress through this process:

  • An initial interview with Business Development Director
  • A Video Prospecting exercise
  • A second interview with a member of our SDR’s team
  • A third interview with a member of the Sales team
  • An interview with our VP of Sales
  • Final candidates will participate in an Assessment activity.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary and target bonus up to 65K€, depending on experience, as well as valuable stock options.
