Remote · Up to 80K € · Based on Europe

At Tinybird, we enable developers and data teams to harness the power of real-time data and quickly build data pipelines and data products. With Tinybird, you can ingest multiple sources of data at scale, query and shape it using the 100% pure SQL you already know and love, and publish the results as low-latency, high-concurrency APIs that you consume in your applications. Developers can create fast APIs, faster. What used to take hours and days now only takes minutes. Tinybird is the indispensable tool that data engineers and software developers have been waiting for.

Our founding team has deep expertise building cloud and data intensive products serving organizations all over the world, and we are backed by great team members and investors who have built or are building some of the most relevant developer tools out there (including the Founders of GitHub, Algolia, and Vercel, amongst others).

Being a remote-first company with over 60 birdies from different nationalities, we believe our strength lies in cultivating a diverse environment. Everyone at Tinybird plays a role in forming and executing our strategy, and we truly believe our globally diverse workforce is the key to unlocking the most value for our customers.

About Tinybird

Tinybird is the data platform that helps data engineering teams address complex real-time, operational, and user-facing analytics challenges at any scale. It simplifies the process of importing data from various sources, allowing you to use SQL for data manipulation—such as filtering, aggregating, and joining—and then publish the results as low-latency, high-concurrency RESTful API endpoints or as sinks into downstream systems.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to help us build and maintain our customer-facing website (www.tinybird.co), maintain our marketing landing page and email templates, and assist in developing new features in our documentation. In this role, you’ll have complete ownership over our public-facing web properties. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and product to implement a visually appealing site that exceeds our web traffic, performance, and conversion expectations.

Our website and documentation site are built with NextJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind and are hosted on Vercel. This post explains the tech stack of the documentation site in more detail.

In this role, you will be integral in choosing our technologies to improve our sites, optimizing for speed and maintainability continually.

Over the past few months, we have been working on migrating our site to a modern tech stack. Now that we have the proper foundations, your job for the initial six months will be to make our sites shine ✨ internally and externally.

Internally, you will provide tools that give the marketing team autonomy. For example, we are building an internal tool to automate the generation of social media images. We are also considering a better way to manage our content; maybe we need some kind of CMS? This will now be your call.

Externally, you will work on the website, creating delightful landing pages to launch our new product features. Additionally, you will add user personalization to our documentation.

At Tinybird, we move very fast, but always as a flock. So candidates must be phenomenal team players and fully capable of completing complex tasks independently.

This role is remote-first, based anywhere in the EU, and English-language proficiency is required.

Our top priority is finding the best candidate for the job. If you are interested in the position, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t believe you meet every one of the qualifications listed in this posting.
